Lights On or Lights Off?
ICA uses this form of specialized testing on a regular basis in order to determine whether or not a vehicle’s lights were on at the time of the collision.
Our standard inspections include identifying and documenting the condition of lamps using macro photography. However, if further analysis is required or requested, we are equipped to perform in-house microscopic examinations of incandescent bulbs.
