Sheila is responsible for our administrative needs, case management and serves as the primary point of contact for our customers. Sheila retired from the Georgia Department of Driver Services with 30 years of creditable service. As State Licensing Field Coordinator, Sheila managed the 64 customer service centers located throughout the State of Georgia. When Georgia mandated that all commercial vehicle operators comply with the Commercial Motor Vehicle Act, Sheila was among the first commercial driver examiners to be trained to test Commercial Driver’s License applicants. Sheila served as Customer Service Manager at the local and district level before her appointment to Field Coordinator. In addition to her Office Manager duties, Sheila is a valuable resource as our driver’s licensing expert.
